Use Penvexa's services for their intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our services, misrepresent your identity, or use them to violate any law.
Intellectual Property
Penvexa retains ownership of the software, design, and underlying technology behind our services. You own what you submit, and grant us only the limited right to process that content to provide our services back to you.
Termination

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Penvexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
